Saint Piran is our very own ice cream. the creation of a new vanilla flavour with the finest Madagascan bourbon.

It is the collaboration of an iconic Cornish ice cream manufacturer with the Cycling team.

Amy Louise Breach, Marketing Manager for Callestick added, Champion Cornish ice cream made for generations to the original family recipe, with free range milk from our 350+ strong grass-fed herd that graze naturally here on the farm.

Our award-winning ice cream is expertly made with our fresh whole milk, the finest confectionery and fruits all wholesome, natural ingredients, just like your Grandma used to make it! Here at Callestick, we only use fresh milk from our own herd of Jersey x Friesian cows that graze on our 650 acres of farmland in the heart of Cornwall. We then add the finest fruits & confectionery and local cornish cream to create flavour upon flavour of beautiful ice cream, however, the main reason for our ice cream’s greatness is the type of cream that we turn the milk into. Clotted cream is a renowned Cornish treasure, and while it’s lovely with jam and scones, we think it’s even lovelier mixed with a host of other flavours and popped into a tub or onto a cone!

This is a new and exciting venture for us featuring our beautiful-tasting vanilla, you will see this in hundreds of our outlets this year.
